Comprehensive Landscape plan

$1,000*

Sometimes called a “master plan”, a Comprehensive Landscape Plan is a multi-page document for the purposes of long-term planning and communication with contractors. The document provides outdoor design for an entire property and gives clients a roadmap to building a space they’ll love on a timeline of their choice. A comprehensive landscape plan includes the following:

  • Site analysis drawing showing the existing site along with an inventory of all existing plants

  • Illustrated design plans

  • Construction-ready, dimensioned drawings

  • Plant palettes

  • Planting plans

  • Recommendations for fire defense

  • Irrigation plans

  • Lighting plans

  • Hardscape plans and recommended materials

  • Maintenance manual

  • Recommended construction timeline

Service Area: Los Angeles County

Plant Inventory

$500*

A plant inventory will provide you with a scaled drawing and a key identifying every plant growing on your property. You will also receive a plant palette with photographs, common and scientific names of each plant, and a maintenance manual with instructions for helping each of your existing plants thrive.

Discounts

Survey Discount -$200

Clients who provide a current scaled drawing and/or survey of their property receive a discount because such documents save me work and time when creating a base drawing.

Eaton Fire Discount -50%

Many of my friends and neighbors lost their homes during the 2025 Eaton Fire. In an effort to help them rebuild and restore our community as soon as possible, I offer a 50% discount to owner-occupiers who are rebuilding their primary residence in the area effected by the fire.

* Properties over 0.5 acres or with steep slopes will be charged more to reflect the additional work required for such sites.
